Stackabet privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Stackabet game ("the game") uses, why, and the choices you have. Stackabet is made by Deliam Limited ("Deliam", "we", "us").
Who we are
Deliam Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10710074), with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, email hello@deliam.co.uk.
Summary
- The game has no accounts and we don't run any servers for it. Your progress, scores, power-ups and settings are stored only on your device.
- Ads only appear when you choose to watch one. They are provided by Google AdMob, which collects device information to show and measure ads, and personalises ads only with your consent where the law requires it.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details.
- Reminders and offer alerts are scheduled on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us.
- The game doesn't access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
What the game uses and why
| Information | Used for | Handled by |
|---|---|---|
| Level progress, best scores, daily puzzle results and streak, power-ups, purchase records, settings | Running the game and remembering your progress | Stored only on your device |
| Purchase details (product and purchase reference) | Delivering the power-ups you buy | Google Play or the App Store |
| Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, approximate location derived from it, ad interactions | Showing rewarded ads, measuring them, and preventing fraud | Google AdMob |
| IP address (as part of any internet connection) | Checking today's date for the daily puzzle | Google or Cloudflare |
Information stored on your device
The game saves your level progress, best scores, daily puzzle results and streak, power-ups, purchase records and settings in a file on your device. It isn't sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Rewarded ads
You can choose to watch an ad after a game ends, to clear some space and keep playing. Ads never appear unless you ask for one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect:
- your device's advertising ID, and on iPhone the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information, such as the model, operating system, language and app version;
- how you interact with the ad.
Google uses this to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, and, if you allow it, to personalise ads.
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or another region where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings, under "Ad privacy choices". If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone, the game asks for permission before ads can track you across other apps, and you can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Purchases
Power-up bundles can be bought in the game through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms and privacy policies. Payments are processed entirely by them. We receive only what's needed to deliver what you bought (the product and a purchase reference), never your name, email address or payment details.
Daily puzzle reminder and offer alerts
The daily puzzle reminder and store offer alerts are notifications the game schedules on your device. They're created and shown by your device alone: nothing is sent to us or anyone else. You can turn either off in the game's Settings or in your device's notification settings at any time.
Checking today's date
For the daily puzzle and daily rewards, the game asks www.google.com or www.cloudflare.com for the current date, so changing the device clock can't be used to cheat. These requests contain no personal information, though those companies can see your IP address, as with any internet connection.
Our legal bases
- Providing the game and purchases you make: performing our contract with you.
- Personalised ads in the UK, EEA and Switzerland: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Non-personalised ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding the game and keeping it secure.
International transfers
Google, Apple and Cloudflare may process information in the United States and other countries outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long information is kept
- Information stored on your device stays there until you delete the game or clear its data.
- Ad and purchase information is kept by Google or Apple under their own policies.
Children
Stackabet is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, email hello@deliam.co.uk and we'll help remove it.
Your rights and choices
- Ads: change your ad consent in the game's Settings, or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Notifications: turn the daily reminder and offer alerts off in the game's Settings or your device settings.
- Game data on your device: uninstall the game, or clear its data in your device settings.
Under UK data protection law you also have the right to ask for a copy of your information, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@deliam.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If the game starts using information in a new way, for example by adding a new service, we'll update this policy and change the "last updated" date above.
