Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Deliam Limited ("Deliam", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. Our games and apps have their own privacy policies, listed under Our games and apps.

Who we are

Deliam Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10710074), with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

For any privacy question or request, email hello@deliam.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

If you email us or use the contact form on this website, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that work.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

When you visit this website

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. The only information it asks for is what you choose to send through the contact form.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn't identify you or track you across other websites. It gives us totals, such as page views, the country and type of device visits come from, and which site linked to us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.

Like any website, the service that hosts it automatically processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is kept only for a short period in the host's logs. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information or share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as we instruct:

  • our email provider, which stores the messages you send us;
  • Resend, which delivers messages sent through the contact form to our inbox;
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides its visitor statistics.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, whether emailed or sent through the contact form, for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and up to two years afterwards in case you get back in touch. If the enquiry leads to work together, we keep related records for six years after the work ends, to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it;
  • ask for your information in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email hello@deliam.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Our games and apps

Each of our games and apps has its own privacy policy, which explains what it collects and which third-party services it uses:

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the "last updated" date above.
